The Task and Function of College Students' Entrepreneurship Association in Heilongjiang Province
Heilongjiang University Student Entrepreneurship Association (KAB Club of Heilongjiang University) is a school-level student organization that integrates management, service and practice under the leadership of the Youth League Committee and the guidance of the Entrepreneurship Education College and Entrepreneurship Education Center. It carries out a series of innovative and entrepreneurial practice activities among all undergraduates and junior college students to enhance their innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial ability. It is the student management organization of the school's science and technology culture pioneer park and the student guidance organization of the entrepreneurship department of each college.

Basic tasks and functions:

(1) Implement the spirit of the document "Opinions on Vigorously Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities and Students' Self-employment Work" issued by the Ministry of Education, and combine the innovation and entrepreneurship education system of Heilongjiang University with "all-oriented, specialty-based, classified training and practice-strengthening" to assist entrepreneurship education colleges and entrepreneurship education centers to implement various entrepreneurship education construction work;

(2) Responsible for the day-to-day management of students' science, technology and culture pioneer park in the campus, providing various services, evaluation and supervision for the entrepreneurial team stationed in the park, and assisting the Entrepreneurship Education College in park management, team incubation and the construction of the national innovation experimental zone;

(3) Carry out a series of innovation and entrepreneurship competitions with rich contents and various forms throughout the school, create a strong campus atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship in Heilongjiang University, and integrate entrepreneurship education into professional education;

(4) Invite celebrities from all walks of life, such as the government, entrepreneurs, scholars, etc., to carry out activities such as entrepreneur forum, starlight forum, and entrepreneurship salon, and hire relevant professionals as entrepreneurial mentors to share successful experiences;

(5) Sign an agreement with the enterprise, establish an off-campus practice base, and carry out a one-day tour of the enterprise to provide students with a platform to go deep into the front line of the enterprise and feel the corporate culture;

(6) Explore, commend and publicize outstanding entrepreneurial models of college students throughout the school, promote the growth of college students' entrepreneurial teams, pay a return visit to graduates who have successfully started businesses, and compile records of black college students' entrepreneurial style;

(seven) regularly carry out relevant policies, business management, business etiquette, law and other entrepreneurial knowledge and skills training to help black college students improve their entrepreneurial ability, economic management level and management level;

(8) hold seminars and exchange meetings on students' innovation and entrepreneurship education on a regular basis, provide all kinds of support for college-level student entrepreneurship associations (departments), guide them to carry out special activities, and extend the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship to grassroots colleges and universities;

(nine) to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with similar student organizations in colleges and universities inside and outside the province, take advantage of the advantages of the first batch of national pilot universities for entrepreneurship education, and base on this province to promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in regional colleges and universities.
