The College of Modern Science and Technology of Ji Liang University in China was established on 1999 with the approval of Zhejiang Province and AQSIQ, and was confirmed as an independent college by the Ministry of Education in 2004. It is a full-time undergraduate college operating in a brand-new school-running mode, with nearly 7,000 undergraduates.

The college is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, a famous historical and cultural city and a leisure resort. It is close to Ji Liang University in China and has an independent campus of about 500 acres. There are five departments, including mechanical and electrical engineering department, surveying engineering department, information engineering department, management department and humanities and law department, 1 basic department and 1 experimental teaching center.
