In order to implement the spirit of the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the State Council's work requirements on further increasing the proportion of rural students entering key universities, it is decided through research that our school will continue to recruit rural students independently, mainly from remote, poor, ethnic and other areas, counties (including county-level cities) and high schools below the county level. The specific implementation measures are as follows:

I. Leading bodies

Under the leadership of the Leading Group for Rural Student Enrollment of Jilin University, the independent enrollment of rural students in our school strictly follows the principles of fairness, justice and merit, with strict management and standardized procedures. The whole process of public supervision is organized and implemented by the Admissions Office of Jilin University.

Second, the enrollment plan and major

The master plan is 200. Jilin University enrolls rural students separately. See the annex for the majors and plans.

Third, the registration conditions

Candidates and their parents or legal guardians must be rural household registration in the implementation area of this province (autonomous region or municipality). Candidates themselves must have a local household registration for more than 3 consecutive years and a local high school student status for 3 consecutive years and actually study, which meets the registration conditions for the unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities nationwide.

Fourth, the registration method

Online registration: Candidates should log on to the Sunshine College Entrance Examination Platform of the Ministry of Education (/gxzxbm) from April 15 to May 5, fill in the registration information truthfully as required, and complete the registration application.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) working procedure

After the registration deadline, our school will examine the qualifications of the materials provided by the applicants (those with incomplete materials will not be examined), and determine the list of qualified candidates in the preliminary examination according to the comprehensive ranking of candidates' academic performance in high school. In principle, the number of qualified people in the preliminary examination shall not exceed 3 times of the enrollment plan. Candidates will log on to the Sunshine College Entrance Examination Platform of the Ministry of Education after June 3rd to check the preliminary test results. Those who pass the preliminary examination print the admission ticket themselves, and take the original second-generation ID card (temporary id card is invalid) and the admission ticket to Jilin University to take the exam organized by our school at the specified time. The assessment method is "interview", and candidates do not need to prepare deliberately.

Six, the selection of qualified candidates and professional determination rules

According to the principle of "choosing the best among the best, there is nothing lacking", our school evaluates and selects the candidates who register. According to the interview results, the qualified candidates (hereinafter referred to as "qualified candidates") for rural students are selected. According to the professional volunteers and interview results reported by the candidates, the school determines the major of the examination according to the principle of score priority.

According to the ratio of 1: 1, our school will publicize the qualified candidates according to their majors. Those who fail to declare or obey the adjustment will not be publicized. The list of qualified candidates and the selected majors are publicized on the enrollment website of our school and the sunshine college entrance examination platform of the Ministry of Education.

Seven. Admission principle

1. Eligible candidates must take the unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in the country of origin, and fill in the selected majors announced by our school for individual enrollment batches of rural students on the sunshine college entrance examination platform of the Ministry of Education.

2. Qualified candidates' college entrance examination scores (including care scores) reach the first batch of undergraduate admission control scores in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where the candidates are located, and will be admitted to the Selected Graduates major publicized by the Sunshine College Entrance Examination Platform of the Ministry of Education.

Nine. supervision mechanism

1. The independent enrollment of rural students in our school is attended by the discipline inspection and supervision department of our school.

2. The school announced to the public the list of Selected Graduates who enrolled rural students in Jilin University separately through the enrollment network of Jilin University, and reported it to the sunshine college entrance examination platform of the Ministry of Education for publicity. Candidates' middle schools should be posted on campus for at least one week and accept social supervision.

3, middle schools should be highly responsible attitude, strict audit work. The applicant shall truthfully declare the relevant materials based on the principle of good faith. Once verified, our school will cancel the selection qualification of candidates.
