Xi Jiaotong University, referred to as "Xi Jiaotong University" for short, is a national key comprehensive research university, one of the first seven universities built in the "2 1 1 Project" and one of the first nine universities built in the "985 Project". Xi Jiaotong University is one of the earliest institutions of higher learning in China.
