Finance group: responsible for handling all the finances of the school student union, various societies and activity centers, including the budget of various activities, financial supervision and management, and reimbursement afterwards.
Outreach group: responsible for preparing the sponsorship of major activities in the school and for exchanges and cooperation with other institutions of higher learning.
Secretary group: responsible for drafting the work plan and summary of the student union, all the minutes of the meeting of the Standing Committee of the student union, drafting and publishing various documents of the student union, and systematically managing the documents and files of the student union.
Publicity group: responsible for the publicity of the activities of the department, collecting information about students inside and outside the school and providing feedback for the office work.
The five groups are interrelated and cooperate with each other, giving full play to the central role of the office in the student union.
