Beijing Technology and Business University (hereinafter referred to as Beijing Technology and Business University) was formed by the merger of Beijing Institute of Light Industry, Beijing Business School and Machinery Industry Management Cadre College in June 1999.
Beijing Business School is the first business school established in New China. Yao Yilin, Cheng and other national leaders have served as school leaders. Mao Zedong, Liu Shaoqi, Zhou Enlai, Zhu De and other party and state leaders of the older generation once cordially received school graduates. Beijing Institute of Light Industry is the first light industry university established in New China.
The merged Beijing Technology and Business University is a key multidisciplinary university in Beijing, and the first batch of master's degree awarding units approved by the State Council is a multidisciplinary university with mutual support and harmonious development of economics, management, engineering, science, literature, law and history. He was selected as a member of the National Excellent Agricultural and Forestry Talents Education and Training Program, the China Municipal Government Scholarship Receiving Institution for Foreign Students in China, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei University Business Collaborative Innovation Alliance.
