Through the examination and certification system of vocational training center, the theoretical qualification certification method must meet all the following requirements: the attendance rate of GYB course must reach above 80%. For students who are qualified in attendance, organize to participate in the unified examination papers of vocational training centers, and issue the National Vocational Qualification Certificate "Training Qualification Certificate" issued by People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security to qualified students in all subjects.
