Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of Wuyi University's summer college entrance examination, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates, according to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and regulations, the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Further Promoting the Information Disclosure of College Admissions, the spirit of the implementation opinions of the State Council and Guangdong Province on deepening the reform of the examination enrollment system, and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Admissions Committee are fully implemented.

Article 2 School enrollment shall follow the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" and accept the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

Article 10 Graduation certificate: Students who have been admitted according to the national enrollment management regulations and obtained the official status of our school, completed the theoretical and practical teaching links specified in the teaching plan, obtained the required credits, and met the graduation (graduation) conditions, will be awarded the graduation (graduation) certificate of ordinary colleges and universities. Name of the school issuing the certificate: Wuyi University, and certificate type: graduation (completion) certificate of ordinary colleges and universities. Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 11 A school shall set up an admissions committee, which is composed of school leaders, heads of relevant functional departments, school teachers, students and alumni representatives. Under the overall leadership of the Admissions Leading Group, fully implement the principles and policies of the Ministry of Education and the Guangdong Provincial Admissions Committee on the enrollment work of ordinary colleges and universities, be responsible for formulating the school enrollment charter, enrollment charter and implementation rules, determining the enrollment scale and adjusting the professional enrollment plan, organizing and managing the specific implementation of the enrollment work, and coordinating and handling major issues in the enrollment work.

Article 12 The Admissions Office of Wuyi University is the daily management institution of undergraduate enrollment in full-time colleges and universities, and the executive body of the leading group of undergraduate enrollment in colleges and universities. Its main responsibilities are to work out enrollment plans, organize enrollment publicity and enrollment, and handle the daily affairs of undergraduate enrollment in full-time colleges and universities according to the enrollment regulations and implementation rules of the school. Admissions staff must strictly abide by the enrollment discipline and take the initiative to accept the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision departments and the society.

Thirteenth schools should set up an enrollment supervision team composed of school leaders and discipline inspection and supervision departments to supervise the whole process of enrollment. During the enrollment period, a petition team was set up to arrange a special person to be responsible for the petition, appeal and complaint work of candidates and the society.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan

Fifteenth school enrollment plan and related requirements shall be subject to the professional catalogue published by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government). According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, the undergraduate enrollment scale of the school shall not exceed 1% of the total undergraduate enrollment plan, which is used for the quality control of students and the need to increase the plan due to the adjustment of candidates' majors.

Chapter V Admission Rules

Article 16 Wuyi University follows the enrollment system of "the school is responsible and the recruitment office supervises" stipulated by the Ministry of Education, strictly abides by the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the admissions offices of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), adheres to the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and takes the candidates' college entrance examination results as the basic basis, comprehensively measures their morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and selects the best candidates for admission.

Article 17 On the basis of ensuring the completion of the enrollment plan, students shall be admitted according to the categories of liberal arts, science and art (including art and dance) on the minimum admission control score line designated by the Admissions Committee of the source province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government).

Article 18 In the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where students apply in parallel volunteer, schools can determine the fine-tuning scheme and adjustment ratio of the enrollment plan according to the enrollment brochure of parallel volunteer and the enrollment situation announced by the provincial admissions office.

Nineteenth in the ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination, unified examination results reached the minimum score of the same batch of admission, and meet the requirements of the school for the record, according to my grades, professional volunteers and the principle of school admission.

Article 21 If all the professional volunteers reported by the candidates are not accepted, in case of professional adjustment, they will be adjusted from high to low according to the total score reported by the candidates to the professional admission that is intended to be vacant and meets the requirements of relevant majors; Candidates who do not obey the adjustment, or who obey the adjustment but do not meet the relevant requirements for professional vacancies in the plan, will be dismissed.

Twenty-second art major enrollment in accordance with the requirements of the relevant documents published by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) admissions examination institutions.

Article 23 All arts (art, dance) majors admitted according to the results of the unified examination of technical subjects in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) of origin shall be admitted according to the principle of "scores first and voluntariness" on the premise that the results of the unified examination of ideological and political morality, physical examination, cultural courses and technical subjects all reach the corresponding batch admission scores designated by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Those who have the same results in the unified examination of technical subjects will be given priority if they have high cultural achievements; If the cultural scores are still the same, they will be admitted in turn according to the ranking methods of the provinces. For the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) that are not ranked, they are ranked according to the scores of Chinese, English, liberal arts/science, and liberal arts/science mathematics in the general college entrance examination.

Twenty-fourth on the admission policy of extra points or care, the extra points and scores announced by the admissions offices of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) shall be implemented in the provinces. The bonus points are applicable to filing and professional grading. Candidates who meet the excellent admission requirements announced by the national and provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) admissions offices will be given priority under the same conditions. Article 25 Description and requirements of related majors

(1) All specialties cultivated by sub-specialty modules shall be implemented in accordance with the Management Measures for Training Sub-specialty Modules of Traffic Engineering in Wuyi University, and the specific specialties cultivated by sub-specialty modules shall be subject to the publication of the enrollment professional catalogue of the year.

Twenty-sixth provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) that require to take the academic proficiency test at the time of admission shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government).

In Guangdong Province, (1) to apply for liberal arts majors at the undergraduate level in our university, liberal arts candidates must take the examinations of physics, chemistry and biology at the academic level of ordinary high schools, and science candidates must take the examinations of ideological and political, history and geography at the academic level of ordinary high schools, and all the examinations must obtain grade scores, and at least two subjects must reach Grade C or above. The specific requirements are subject to the admission documents of Guangdong Province in that year; (2) Candidates who apply for art (including art and dance) majors in our school and take the liberal arts and culture exams in the college entrance examination must take the general high school exams in physics, chemistry and biology, and those who take the science and culture exams in the college entrance examination must take the general high school exams in ideological politics, history and geography, and at least two subjects have reached D level and above.

Chapter VI Admission Physical Examination Standards

Article 27 The physical examination standards for school admission candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, China Disabled Persons' Federation [2003] No.3) and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Cancelling Hepatitis B Testing for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Church [2010] No.2). For disabled candidates who can take care of themselves, meet the professional requirements reported, and the college entrance examination results meet the admission standards, they will be admitted normally.

The specific requirements of the enrollment major of our school for the physical fitness of candidates can be found in the catalogue of enrollment majors published by the admissions offices of various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

Article 28 After the new students enter the school, the school will review their health according to the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities promulgated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to the Cancellation of Hepatitis B Detection in the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities. If the physical examination does not meet the requirements or is not suitable for studying in a major after review, it shall be handled according to the relevant provisions on the management of student status, and the major shall be changed or the student status shall be cancelled.

Chapter VII Registration and Audit of Freshmen

Twenty-ninth candidates who have signed up for the summer college entrance examination in our school must go through the registration procedures for paying tuition fees within the specified time. Those who fail to report within the time limit will be treated as giving up the admission qualification.

Thirtieth freshmen in politics, culture, health re-examination within three months. Those who practise fraud or commit other violations of discipline and discipline in the process of registration and examination will be disqualified according to regulations.

Chapter VIII Charging Standards

Article 31 The charging standards of our school shall be implemented in accordance with the standards published in the Notice on Adjusting the Tuition Fees of Public Colleges and Universities (Guangdong Development and Reform Commission [2016] No.367) and the Administrative Measures of Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance on Credit System Charges of Guangdong Colleges and Universities (Guangdong Development and Reform Commission [2016] No.366).

Tuition: 5050 yuan/student/academic year for majors in literature and history, finance and management;

Science and engineering and foreign language majors 57 10 yuan/student/academic year;

Art major (non-theoretical) 10000 yuan/student/school year.

Accommodation: 1700- 1800 yuan/student/school year (depending on different accommodation conditions).

If there is any change in the above charging standards, the latest reply from relevant government departments shall prevail.

Chapter IX Policy of Subsidizing Students

Thirty-second national student loans, scholarships, grants and other student assistance measures shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and schools.

Chapter II XI Supplementary Provisions

Article 35 The Articles of Association was discussed and adopted at the President's Office Meeting of Wuyi University on June 65438+1October 18, 2020, which is applicable to the undergraduate enrollment of Wuyi University in the summer of 2020 and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

Article 36 Wuyi University authorizes Wuyi University Admissions Office to interpret these Articles of Association. Where the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the provisions of the state and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), the provisions of the state and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) shall prevail.
