First, the principle of second interview

Postgraduate re-examination admission in our school adheres to the principles of scientific selection, fairness and justice, and objectively evaluates candidates; On the basis of a comprehensive investigation of candidates' morality, intelligence and physical fitness, the assessment of professional quality, practical ability and innovative spirit is highlighted; Adhere to people-oriented in the second interview, enhance service awareness and improve management level.

Second, the second interview organization and management

The school graduate enrollment leading group is fully responsible for the re-examination of graduate enrollment, and the graduate enrollment office formulates the re-examination admission rules and basic scores.

Each department set up a leading group for re-examination admission, which is responsible for the re-examination admission of this unit. It is suggested that a re-examination team composed of several experts should be set up according to the first-class discipline or two disciplines, and be responsible for organizing and implementing the written test, interview and practical ability assessment of candidates.

Third, the second interview

The re-examination rules of colleges and departments and the list of candidates to be re-examined shall be announced to the candidates in a timely manner after being approved by the Admissions Office of the Graduate School. Candidates who are qualified for re-examination shall be notified by each department according to the personal contact information provided by the candidate's website. If the contact information changes, please contact all departments directly (see Annex 1). Each department can formulate the basic requirements for the re-examination of disciplines (majors) that are not lower than the basic requirements of the school, according to the characteristics of disciplines, the number of students and the enrollment plan.

(1) Re-examination results

1. The re-examination scores of candidates recruited by our school are subject to the basic requirements specified by the Ministry of Education. (See Annex II).

2. The basic scores of re-examination for single-recruit candidates shall be determined separately according to the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education. Candidates can check with the Admissions Office.

3. Our school implements the policy of the Ministry of Education on minority candidates and the policy of college students volunteering for the western region. Please refer to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education for specific provisions.

4. Candidates with the same academic qualifications who meet the basic requirements of the re-examination (subject to the academic qualifications of the candidates at the time of application) must try to read the main undergraduate courses related to the re-examination major, including at least two written subjects. The written test time is 3 hours each, and the full score of the test paper is 100.

5. When applying for a re-examination across professional categories, candidates with the same academic ability are required to apply for a re-examination.

(2) Examination of candidates' qualifications

During the re-examination, colleges (departments) should also review the qualifications of candidates before the re-examination, and check the admission ticket, the original academic certificate (fresh graduates submit student ID cards and graduation certificates when entering the school) and ID cards and other related materials, and each department should keep copies for future reference.

The Admissions Office will then send a supervision team to conduct supervision and inspection.

(3) Measures for the implementation of the second interview

All the accepted candidates must have a second interview. The number of second-round interviews is generally 1 10% ~ 150% of the enrollment plan of the unit, and the specific proportion is determined by the relevant departments according to the enrollment scale and student source status.

According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, the following tasks should be completed in the re-examination stage: written examination of professional courses, practical ability assessment, professional interview, political and ideological review, oral English, listening test, additional test of equivalent academic ability (additional test for candidates applying for cross-professional subjects) and physical examination.

(four) the use and admission of retest results

1. Add the retest results and the initial test results according to the weight, and get the total score of the candidates' entrance examination. Re-examination results account for 30-50% of the total score, and the specific proportion is determined by each department. The re-examination result is the sum of the assessment results of the re-examination method, and each department is selected according to the total score of the candidates.

2. Candidates with special talents and outstanding contributions, such as winning prizes in various international or national competitions or publishing high-level academic papers in related fields, will be given priority.

3. The retest score is lower than 60 points; The results of ideological and political quality and moral quality assessment and physical examination are unqualified; Candidates with the same academic qualifications who fail the additional test course will be deemed to have failed the second test and will not be admitted.

4. In principle, the total scores of individual candidates are also sorted according to the above methods, and the best candidates are selected. Single candidates are not allowed to transfer admission.

Fourth, adjustment.

According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education, in 2008, the postgraduate adjustment and re-examination must be carried out through the "postgraduate adjustment and re-examination service system". Candidates are requested to log on to China Graduate Admissions Information Network (website: yz.chsi.com.cn) and browse relevant help documents.

1. Candidates transferred to the school: Candidates transferred to the school do not have to log in to the "Graduate Transfer Re-examination Service System" to transfer. Candidates must meet the basic requirements of the retest line of China Geo University (Beijing), where they apply for the major, before they can make intra-school transfers of the same or similar majors. Candidates are re-examined by the admissions department. The professional unified examination subjects that are adjusted to each other must be consistent, and the business examination subjects must be the same or similar. Candidates who have participated in the written examination of the re-examination of the department can no longer take the written examination when they transfer to the department, but they must reorganize the interview.

2. Candidates transferred from other schools to our school: the transfer principle should comply with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, and report to the Research Admissions Office for qualification examination and transfer procedures within the specified time. The re-examination of transfer students is organized by the department.

3. Transfer to an off-campus enrollment unit: According to the basic requirements of the national retest score line announced by the Ministry of Education, candidates whose initial test results meet the requirements but are not admitted to our school can go through the transfer procedures according to the relevant notice requirements of our school.

Candidates who fail to meet the basic requirements of the retest score line of the Ministry of Education and those who apply for our school shall not be transferred to other enrollment units.
