Freshmen should go through the following registration procedures when registering at the registration point of their college:

1. Verify the original letter of admission, and submit A4 copies of the letter of admission 1 copy and 2 copies if the account needs to be transferred.

2. Verify the original ID card, submit a copy of ID card 1 and 2 copies of the account to be moved.

3. Check the military service certificate; Note: According to the Military Service Law, male citizens who have reached the age of 18 before 65438+February 3, 2023 shall fulfill their obligations in military service registration. Male students who meet the age should register with the military service organ at the place where they are registered in time, and provide the original and photocopy of the military service certificate or military service registration certification materials at the time of enrollment registration.

4. Make sure to seal the paper files of new students. If there is any damage, please return to the original unit for re-sealing.

5.*** Youth League members submit Party members' materials by party member * * * to transfer organizational relations.

6. Submit the proof of household registration, and voluntarily choose whether to move the household registration to the school. For details, please refer to the instructions for freshman transfer.

7. Confirm whether the tuition and miscellaneous fees have been paid in advance (for payment requirements and charging standards, please refer to "Guidance Notes for Admission" and "Guidance Notes for New Students").

8. Freshmen from poor families should go through the "green channel" registration procedures (see "Guidance Notes for Admission" and "Notes for Undergraduate Freshmen to Participate in the Identification of Students from Poor Families in Guangdong Province" for details).

Precautions:

1, freshmen will submit paper files to the college when they report for duty, and then the college will send them to the archives room; If the file is mailed by the unit, please report it to the college when you register, and the summary list of the college will be submitted to the archives room.

2. Whether freshmen enter our school as collective households is voluntary. The collective account of students in our school is not a Guangzhou resident account, and students must move out of the school before graduation. Freshmen who intend to enter the school collective household must submit the original household registration certificate 1 copy, a copy of the admission notice and a copy of the ID card (all copies are copied on A4 paper, and the front and back sides of the ID card are the same) to the college at the time of enrollment registration.
