Tianjin Foreign Studies University has two campuses, namely Machangdao Campus and Binhai Campus. Located in Machang Road, Hexi District, Tianjin, the campus buildings are mostly in western European classical style, and the campus environment is clean and quiet, which is one of the landmark buildings in Tianjin.
Binhai Campus is relatively large, located in Dagang Higher Education Ecological Park in Binhai New Area, covering an area of 848 mu. The campus is spacious, with beautiful scenery and beautiful lakes. The total construction area of the campus is 3,654.38+0.7 million square meters.
Through the efforts of several generations, Tianjin Foreign Studies University has gradually become a multi-disciplinary institution of higher learning with distinctive characteristics, with foreign languages and literature as the main body and the coordinated development of literature, economy, management, law and education, and has become an important base for cultivating foreign language talents and spreading multiculturalism in Tianjin and even the whole country.
At present, Tianjin Foreign Studies University has 15 teaching units including graduate department, English College, Spanish College, International Business School, School of Cultural Communication, School of Foreign-related Law and Politics, School of International Exchange, Department of Educational Technology, Department of Ideological and Political Theory, Department of Basic Courses, Department of Physical Education, Teaching Center for Applied Foreign Languages, and College of Continuing Education, with 26 undergraduate majors.
