Second, the procedure for changing majors.

1, announce the plan. All colleges (departments) that recruit undergraduate students should announce the number and conditions of students from this college (department) and other colleges (departments) to change majors before the fourth week of the second semester of each academic year.

2. Student application. Students who plan to change their major should submit a written telegram to the competent leader of their college (department) before the eighth week of this semester, put forward the reasons for changing their major, and provide relevant supporting documents.

3, the hospital (department) agreed to recommend. The college (department) where the student intends to change majors should decide whether to approve the student to change majors according to the actual situation two weeks before this semester/kloc-0. If the major is transferred from one college (department) to another college (department), the college (department) where the student belongs will recommend it to the college (department) that accepts the transfer.

4. Transfer to college (department) for approval. In order to test whether the students are suitable for the new major, the students to be transferred to colleges (departments) will be assessed in the form of written test or oral test before this semester 16 weeks to determine whether they agree to transfer to another school. Students who change majors in our college (department) should also be assessed accordingly.

5. After the above procedures are completed, transfer to the school (department) and report to the Academic Affairs Office for the record, and go through the relevant student status management procedures at the Student Affairs Office.

Third, the training plan and credits

1. After changing majors, students must be trained according to the requirements of the new teaching plan for changing majors, and all the required courses and elective courses of the major should be made up.
