What level of English is BEC equivalent to?
BEC refers to the Cambridge Business English Qualification Examination, which is organized by the Foreign Language Examination Department of Cambridge University. Its authority is self-evident. 1993 was introduced into China, and now more than 60 colleges and universities in China have test sites. BEC, as a standard to measure a person's English level, is of great significance and has become a compulsory item for many people engaged in business and foreign trade.

BEC is divided into primary, intermediate and advanced, with different difficulties but the same problems. BEC junior is equivalent to CET-4, and the BEC examination syllabus clearly stipulates that the English level of BEC junior candidates should reach CET-4.

The intermediate difficulty of BEC is equivalent to the difficulty between CET-4 and CET-6, and the advanced level of BEC is equivalent to the difficulty between CET-6 and TEM8.
