3. Archives storage unit after graduation

State organs and other units that have the right to entrust personnel files can entrust files free of charge. If you are hired by these units when you graduate, the unit will handle the admission notice for the graduates. When you graduate, the graduates will give the admission notice to the school, and the school will issue registration cards according to the address of the admission notice, and the files will also be distributed to the unit.

Graduates' files are used for postgraduate entrance examination, going abroad and further study. Graduates' files mainly include high school and university experiences, including personal resumes, work resumes, student files (including academic achievements), unit certificates, political outlook materials (such as party member materials), etc.
