(a) candidates to fill in the volunteer must meet the following requirements:
1. The "moral quality" and "citizen quality" in the comprehensive quality evaluation of fresh graduates must be qualified.
2. Candidates of arts and sciences must achieve Grade C and above in compulsory subjects (technical subjects must be qualified). The grades of academic proficiency tests (including compulsory and optional tests) must also meet the grade requirements put forward by colleges and universities.
Who holds the provincial examination institutions in other provinces (cities, districts) issued by the 20 15, 20 16 annual senior high school entrance examination results or academic level examination results of our province's household registration candidates, our province will be recognized and scored accordingly; After conversion, the test scores of compulsory subjects (including technical subjects) must reach 4C 1 or above.
3. Candidates of physical education and art must apply for liberal arts or science majors at the same time, and they must reach 4C 1 or above when taking part in the admission of liberal arts or science majors; When enrolling in sports and art majors, the D level of seven required subjects in the academic level examination shall not exceed three subjects (unqualified technical subjects shall be regarded as D). If colleges and universities put forward higher requirements for candidates' academic level test scores, candidates must also meet the requirements of colleges and universities.
4. The academic level test for special types of candidates performance requirements.
Independent enrollment in colleges and universities, enrollment in pilot colleges, enrollment in special programs in colleges and universities, enrollment in comprehensive evaluation and enrollment in high-level art troupes, the academic level of candidates to be enrolled must meet the grade requirements put forward by the enrollment institutions in the enrollment regulations. If there is no specific explanation in colleges and universities, the level of selected subjects shall be implemented according to the level requirements of colleges and universities for ordinary candidates in their respective disciplines.
Candidates who apply for high-level sports teams must take the corresponding compulsory and elective subject tests according to the discipline requirements of liberal arts or science candidates, and the level test of seven sciences should not exceed three subjects (unqualified technical subjects are regarded as D).
Compulsory subjects recommended by foreign language middle schools must reach Grade C or above (technical subjects must be qualified).
Candidates who register for juvenile classes, disabled singles, sports singles, air force and naval pilots have different academic level test scores from ordinary high school students due to special requirements or learning experience in middle schools, and the enrollment universities independently determine the performance requirements.
(2) Admission batch
College admissions are conducted in batches, in turn:
1. Undergraduate colleges are admitted in advance (including arts and military colleges, public security political and legal colleges, maritime colleges, local special programs, rural teacher programs, and other colleges); Undergraduate colleges of physical education and art);
2. The first batch of undergraduate colleges in arts and sciences;
3. The second batch of undergraduate colleges in liberal arts and science;
4. Sports art vocational colleges;
5. Higher vocational colleges of arts and sciences;
6. Higher vocational (junior college) registered institutions.
(3) Voluntary setting
1. All batches of arts and sciences are set up in parallel colleges, and all batches are set up in parallel colleges and collected. 2. Each batch of sports is set up in parallel colleges, and each batch is set up in parallel colleges and collected. The parallel colleges and universities volunteers include A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J 10 colleges and universities, and each college volunteers includes 4 professional volunteers and 1 0.
3. Art majors set up traditional college volunteers, parallel college volunteers and collect college volunteers according to different professional examination methods. The admission batch is set to two batches in advance for undergraduate colleges and higher vocational colleges. Specifically:
(1) Undergraduate colleges are admitted in advance.
BatchNo. 1: Art colleges in independent undergraduate course are set up. Traditional colleges are set up voluntarily with reference to Tsinghua University and other art colleges with independent undergraduate course, art majors tested by the original "2 1 1 engineering" colleges and non-art majors tested by the central authorities.
The second small batch: Art undergraduate majors in colleges and universities inside and outside the province use the results of the provincial unified examination to enroll students, and voluntarily set up parallel colleges.
The third batch: Except for 1 a small batch of art undergraduate majors, the art undergraduate majors in other universities will be set up voluntarily in traditional universities.
(2) Higher vocational colleges.
The use of the provincial unified examination results admitted to the professional, the implementation of parallel institutions to set up voluntarily; The majors admitted by using the results of the college entrance examination will be set up voluntarily in traditional colleges and universities. Candidates can only choose one of the institutions that use the provincial unified examination results or school examination results.
After the batch admission of art undergraduate and art vocational colleges (specialties) is completed, 1 college is set to collect volunteers, and candidates can only choose 1 college to fill in the form.
For colleges and majors that use the results of the provincial unified examination, set up parallel colleges. Each batch of parallel institutions will include 8 institutions A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H, and the collection of parallel institutions will include 8 institutions A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I and J 10; The traditional college volunteer setting is implemented for colleges and majors that use the results of the college entrance examination, that is, each admission batch is set with 1 college volunteer, each college volunteer contains 4 professional volunteers, and 1 professional volunteer is subject to adjustment.

(4) Reporting time
1. parallel college volunteers (including traditional artistic volunteers). Candidates, after understanding the results of the college entrance examination, the test level of academic level, the number of candidates who meet the requirements of volunteering in each stage and each score, the minimum control score line for each batch of provincial admission (only for the first batch of reporting) and the qualification line for volunteering, fill in their volunteers online in the website specially set up by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute (or) in two stages:
The first stage: from June 27 to July 2, fill in the volunteers of undergraduate colleges. Including: liberal arts or science admission to undergraduate colleges in advance, including military, public security, politics and law, navigation, local special programs, rural teacher programs, and other institutions. ; Sports or art classes are admitted to undergraduate colleges in advance; The first and second batch of college volunteers in liberal arts or science. Among them, the time to fill in the early admission of art colleges 1 small batch of volunteers is from June 27 to 29.
The second stage: from July 27 to 28, fill in the volunteers of higher vocational (junior college) colleges. Candidates who were not admitted to various batches of colleges in the first stage and reached the qualification line for volunteering in the second stage can fill in, including: liberal arts, science, sports, art higher vocational colleges (specialties) volunteering.
2. Solicit volunteers from (parallel) institutions. After the voluntary admission of each batch of parallel institutions is completed, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute will promptly announce the institutions, majors and number of people who have not completed the enrollment plan. Candidates who have not been admitted shall fill in their own online application for volunteering in (parallel) colleges within the specified time.
(5) Sports and art candidates can apply for liberal arts or science, or they can apply for the first batch of undergraduate and below colleges of liberal arts or science.
(6) Candidates should carefully select and fill in the information accurately according to the requirements of the disciplines, universities and majors for the candidates' academic level test scores and the candidates' physical examination conclusions when filling in the volunteers of universities and majors.
(7) Candidates must fill in and collect volunteers on the Internet of parallel colleges and universities with the candidate number, ID number, password and dynamic password card within the specified time, and be responsible for the accuracy and safety of the information filled in, without signing on the spot to confirm the volunteer information. Candidates can modify their volunteer information online before filling in the deadline for volunteering. After the deadline for volunteering, no one may change the candidate's volunteer information without authorization.
(eight) the education administrative departments of cities and counties (cities, districts), enrollment offices, middle schools and relevant units should refer to the relevant provisions of this opinion, and conscientiously do a good job in the propaganda, organization and guidance of candidates' voluntary reporting.
