Xi Engineering University is located in the world-famous historical and cultural ancient capital Xi. Its predecessor was the Mechanical Manufacturing Department of Beijing Institute of Technology, which was established in 19 12. 1978 Northwest Textile Institute of Technology was established with the approval of the State Council, and was originally affiliated to the Ministry of Textile Industry. 1998 transferred to the Ministry of Education and Shaanxi Province to build a provincial-level management university.
