Usually there are eight people, and each dormitory has its own bathroom. The two dormitories share a balcony, and there is no air conditioning or heating in winter. Never heard of a quadruple room. There seems to be six people. Dormitory conditions may be a little behind other schools, but it depends on your choice. Bad dormitory doesn't necessarily mean bad school.
