China University of Science and Technology is a comprehensive national key university.

China University of Science and Technology, located in Hefei, Anhui Province, is a comprehensive national key university jointly established by China Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Education and Anhui Province, directly under the central government, focusing on cutting-edge science and high technology, as well as medicine, characteristic management and humanities. Ranked as a world-class university construction university, 985 Project, 21/project, selected Everest Plan, Strong Foundation Plan,11plan, 20 1 1 plan, and excellent engineer education and training.

The University of Science and Technology of China 1958 was established in September, with Guo Moruo as the first president. After its establishment, the Chinese Academy of Sciences implemented the school-running policy of "running the whole school and combining departments", and gathered a group of famous scientists such as, Hua, Qian Xuesen, and was listed as a national key university in the second year of its establishment. 1970 At the beginning of the year, the school moved to Hefei, Anhui Province and started a second venture.
