The campus has a management Committee, which is the administrative organization of the campus sent by the school and is responsible for coordinating and managing the daily administrative affairs of the campus. The main management departments in the campus include administrative committee office, teaching support office, student work office, safety work office and financial management office. There are also branches of the library, computer center room, school hospital outpatient department and other units or institutions on campus. Each college has an office on campus, which is responsible for the daily management of students. Logistics Group also has community management, catering services, telecommunications services, maintenance and campus environment departments.
1997-2006 54 38+0 Autumn, Tongji University Freshmen College was established. In the past four years, about 17000 undergraduates have studied and lived here and received good basic knowledge education. After the fall of 200 1, Hudong Campus, as the study and living base for first-year graduate students, has received more than 20,000 doctoral and master students for further study in the past eight years. In July 2006, in order to implement the adjustment plan of educational resources in Shanghai universities, some classrooms and dormitories in Hudong Campus were given to Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. At the beginning of 2009, Hudong Campus was placed under Shanghai University of Finance and Economics as a whole.
