After more than forty years of construction and development, a relatively complete adult education system has been formed. At present, there are many types and levels of full-time and amateur education, such as junior college, junior college, high school undergraduate and self-study exams, short-term training, vocational skills training and so on. The educational structure is increasingly enriched and improved. In 2003, with the approval of the Provincial Department of Education, the adult higher education of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine awarded the medical bachelor's degree certificate to the fresh graduates for the first time. There are more than ten majors in Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine, nursing, acupuncture and massage, rehabilitation therapy, clinical medicine of Chinese and western medicine, marketing (Chinese medicine), orthopedics and traumatology of Chinese medicine, rehabilitation therapy technology, integration of Chinese and western medicine, management of Chinese medicine, health care and rehabilitation of Chinese medicine, with two teaching forms and three levels. The specialty involves three disciplines: medicine, science and management, forming an educational structure system with Chinese medicine as the main body and coordinated development of multiple disciplines. There are 23 correspondence stations in Qufu and Laiyang.
