Take part-time study, and the basic study period is generally 2-3 years.

Bachelor degree or above in national education, eight years or more full-time working experience after graduation, including five years or more management experience, and now he is a middle and senior manager in a large enterprise.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) selection method
Take the method of "application for examination-registration for examination-merit-based admission" to examine the comprehensive quality and management potential. Application review includes material review and interview assessment. Only those who pass can sign up for the EMBA written test of the unified national postgraduate entrance examination, and the admission list will be selected according to the written test results.
Tsinghua University does not accept the transfer of candidates, and candidates who apply for Tsinghua University cannot be transferred to other enrollment units.
1. Material Review
The college where candidates apply organizes experts to review the application materials.
The application materials include:
1) official registration form, including personal information, work and company information, work experience, education, social status, honors and awards, additional information, tuition source description, applicant's self-report and reference information.
2) Two letters of recommendation (both in Chinese and English).
3) Copy of academic degree certificate in triplicate.
2. Interview evaluation
Focus on assessing candidates' political literacy, management experience, comprehensive quality and training potential as excellent managers.
3. written test
According to the national unified entrance examination for postgraduate students, the written examination time is 65438 on February 24th, 2022, and the test center is located in Tsinghua University.
The written test subject is "EMBA Joint Examination Comprehensive Ability", which lasts for 3 hours, with a full score of 200. It mainly examines the candidates' English reading level, logical thinking ability, management practical experience and business judgment ability.
The examination content includes four parts: business English reading, logical mathematical reasoning, management case analysis and business judgment ability. These include:
1) Business English reading, with a full score of 25, to test the candidates' business English comprehension ability. The question type is English reading comprehension, and each reading comprehension contains five multiple-choice questions, each with 2.5 points.
2) Logical mathematical reasoning, 35 points, to test candidates' logical reasoning ability and mathematical analysis ability. Among them, there are 5 logical reasoning questions with multiple-choice questions, with 4 points for each question; Five basic math problems and multiple-choice questions, each with 3 points.
3) Management case analysis, 80 points, test the actual management analysis ability of candidates. The topic mainly comes from the practical problems of enterprise management, involving strategic planning, human resources, business ethics, economic hotspots and so on. The question type is 2 open discussion questions (you can choose 2 questions from 3 questions for discussion), with 40 points for each question.
4) Business judgment ability, 60 points, to test candidates' business sensitivity, problem-making and social responsibility. The question type is 2 open-ended essay questions (you can choose 2 from 3 questions), with 30 points for each question.
On-line registration and confirmation of intransitive verbs
The online registration time and method are the same as the national unified entrance examination for postgraduate students.

Candidates must pay the preliminary examination fee in the registration system of China Graduate Admissions Information Network. After 24 hours of successful payment, you must log in to the graduate application service system of our college to upload electronic photos and complete the confirmation through photo review before you can participate in the preliminary examination. Candidates can log on to the China Higher Education Student Information Network (website:) to inquire about their academic qualifications (student status) before or during registration. The registration system will also query candidates' academic qualifications (student status) online, and candidates can log on to the "China Higher Education Student Information Network" to query their scores. Candidates who fail to pass the online qualification (student status) verification must upload the qualification (student status) certification report or academic degree certification of the Ministry of Education to the "Tsinghua University Postgraduate Registration Service System" before February 20, 2022.

Candidates whose academic qualifications (student status) have not been verified due to the change of their names or ID numbers are required to upload a copy of the household registration book (book) with the change record or the original certificate issued by the public security organ in addition to the certificate report of academic qualifications (student status). The certification time period of some academic qualifications (student status) certification reports may be longer. Candidates are advised to go to an authoritative certification institution as early as possible before registration, so as not to affect the examination.
