When they came to the river (ditch) outside the village, two people stood on both sides of the river and crossed the river with ropes.
Then light wax, light incense, burn paper and worship. Then, everyone lined up, holding hands and swinging their arms to sing "Bridging Song". After singing, the girls standing on both sides of the river (ditch) let go at the same time, and the rope immediately fell into the water and was washed away by the water. Qiao Qi's first ceremony is now complete.
