1. Introduction of Academician Ren Jizhou's scientific research contribution
Academician Ren Jizhou 1948 graduated from the former National Central University, 1950 went to work in the northwest, engaged in teaching and research in grassland science. 1956, Ren Jizhou gloriously joined the China * * * Production Party. 1995 was elected as an academician of China Academy of Engineering, becoming the first academician in grassland science.
In the 1950s, it snowed in June. He slept in tents, drilled grass nests, slept in lice, bedbugs, all kinds of poisonous insects, and even soaked underwear with insecticide solution, so that "Poison A" entered the grassland and created the first alpine grassland positioning test station in China-Gansu Tianzhu Alpine Grassland Station; At the end of 1950s, he put forward a comprehensive sequential classification of grassland "climate-vegetation-soil", which later developed into a grassland classification that can cover the whole world, 8 years earlier than similar research abroad. Later, the theory of grassland seasonal animal husbandry was put forward and adopted by pastoral areas. A new index "animal products unit" was established to measure the global grassland productivity, which was used by international organizations to measure the world grassland productivity. He also established a grassland agricultural system, and put forward three types of occurrence factor groups, three interfaces and four production layers of grassland agricultural ecosystem, which showed great potential in China's food safety, ecological construction and agricultural management. New theories of grassland science, such as time zonality, system coupling and system contradiction theory, are put forward. It is the first time in China to carry out the research on the development of agricultural ethics and agricultural system.
He brought his rich scientific research experience to the teaching of prataculture specialty and the "Whampoa Military Academy" in grassland science, China. Based on the stratospheric process, the research team systematically studied the influence of stratospheric process on the weather, climate and atmospheric environment of Eurasia and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau on global and regional scales, and achieved many innovative research results: for the first time, it put forward a new view that the Arctic polar vortex continuously biased towards Eurasia and induced cold waves in winter, which broke through the theoretical problem that global warming could not explain the frequent extreme low temperature events in Eurasia in winter; The atmospheric chemistry-climate model, including stratospheric atmosphere, has been established and improved, which is superior to the international mainstream model, providing an effective tool for objectively evaluating the impact of ozone layer evolution and human emissions on weather and climate, and also contributing to the development of domestic atmospheric models; Long-term continuous observation of stratospheric atmospheric composition and meteorological elements on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau fills the gap of stratospheric ground-based observation data in China. The research results of this project provide a new method and a new way to break through the bottleneck of tropospheric extension forecast and short-term climate forecast, and provide an important scientific basis for China to formulate relevant pollution reduction policies.

4. First prize of scientific and technological progress: research and application of key technologies for breeding, reproduction and efficient utilization of Hu sheep.
The project excavated the germplasm characteristics of growth, reproduction and lactation of Hu sheep in the cold and arid areas of northwest China, filled the blank of this information, and provided scientific basis for the "northern breeding" and breeding of Hu sheep; Research and develop phenotypic group determination technology and device, carry out phenotypic Qualcomm determination, study the genetic characteristics of important economic traits of Hu sheep and mine their key genes, fill the gaps in genetic parameters of sheep feed efficiency-related traits, and screen out 26 effective molecular markers for Hu sheep breeding; Two new strains of Hu sheep with good reproductive performance, fast growth and matching use were screened out. Take the lead in carrying out the hybridization between Hu sheep and Tibetan sheep, and between Australia and Texel, filling the blank of the basic data of the corresponding hybridization combinations, screening out the hybridization mode of Hu sheep in the northern region, and finding a new technical path for the efficient production of low fertility groups; Taking yield, quality, health, efficiency and energy-nitrogen conversion as indicators, the suitable nutritional level of Hu sheep under large-scale house feeding conditions in northern China was determined, and the soybean meal-free diet formula was screened out, which provided nutritional strategies for the preparation of improved varieties, reducing the substitution of soybean meal and corn and reducing carbon emissions. It is the first joint breeding of mutton sheep in China, establishing a national joint breeding platform and cooperation network for Hu sheep, building and technically cooperating with 50 sheep breeding farms, establishing a breeding, breeding and utilization system for Hu sheep by market means, promoting 650,000 Hu sheep breeding and expanding 654.38+0.8 million Hu sheep, mainly promoting Hu sheep to more than 500 enterprises and cooperatives in eight northern provinces, benefiting millions of farmers. 5. First prize of scientific and technological progress: clinical application and technological innovation of energy spectrum CT.
The project team lasted for more than ten years. Based on the important clinical needs of accurate diagnosis, staging, gene expression, prognosis and curative effect evaluation of tumors, the project team applied energy spectrum ct technology to a series of studies on animal experiments, benign and malignant tumors, cerebrovascular diseases, COVID-19 and imaging artificial intelligence, which fully revealed the clinical application value of energy spectrum ct, greatly improved the ability of accurate diagnosis and evaluation of tumors, accurately displayed the early characteristics and subtle changes of lesions, and realized the integration with artificial intelligence technology. The research results have been exchanged for more than 20 times at the North American Radiology Congress, and have been promoted in many comprehensive 3A hospitals in China. Through training, the application of energy spectrum CT scanning technology standardization and diagnostic standardization in primary hospitals has been realized, which has greatly promoted clinical treatment and achieved good social benefits.
