China West Normal University is a full-time provincial key normal university organized by Sichuan Provincial People's Government. It is the first normal university in Sichuan Province and the first batch of authorized units for bachelor's and master's degrees in China. Selected into the national education and training plan for outstanding talents in agriculture and forestry and the education and training plan for outstanding journalists and communicators.

The school is an undergraduate, which is quite good in Sichuan Province. The school is relatively large, and the style of study is still very good. All undergraduates are in the new campus except the freshmen of HKUST. In the suburbs, the environment is ok and more conducive to learning. TVU and college students are in the old campus in the first year, in the city center. The old campus is Republic of China style, with good greening and great feeling. China West Normal University is quite good. You can eat, live and travel in the new area, and the price is moderate. The old area is in the center of the city. Living and eating are a little more expensive, but shopping and transportation are convenient.
