Advantages of a bachelor's degree:

1, employment

Adult college entrance examination, self-taught examination and TV University are all non-uniform academic qualifications, which are not recognized by most enterprises in society and are often discriminated against. Many units (especially state organs and institutions) and many other units require a bachelor's degree or above when recruiting, and many ideal job opportunities will be lost because of academic qualifications.

2. Salary

China's state organs and institutions basically set their salaries according to their academic qualifications. Undergraduate salary is one grade higher than junior college salary, and more standardized enterprises also set their salaries according to their academic qualifications. The bonuses and promotion opportunities above undergraduate degree are relatively more than junior college salary.

3. Personnel reform

In many units (especially state organs and institutions), the basic condition for promoting cadres and running for leadership is bachelor degree or above. Even though junior college students are fully qualified for this job, they are not qualified to stand for election because of their academic qualifications. Even if you find a job below junior college, you may face the danger of being laid off and unemployed in your future work.
