Since I took office, I have been pragmatic, earnest and conscientious. Due to the need of work, I now make the following report. If there is anything wrong, please criticize and correct me.
First, political study.
Since taking office, I have been steady in my thoughts, firm in my ideals and beliefs, faithfully fulfilling my mission, and always strictly demanding myself by the standards of being a party member. I know that "political maturity comes from theoretical sobriety". Therefore, every study can be closely combined with personal ideals and reality, checked, constantly revised their outlook on life and values, dare to deny and criticize themselves, actively participate in various learning activities organized by the company, carefully understand the educational content, and pay attention to the combination of theory and practice.
So as to achieve learning gains, learning thinking and learning progress. Constantly enhance the level of political theory and ideological and moral quality, regard learning as their important task, study hard consciously and think of ways. Third, professional technology.
As a party member, a professional and technical backbone, I can actively participate in every training organized by the company, constantly improve my military quality, hone my spirit of not being afraid of hardship and involvement, and dare to play the spirit of "earning at first sight, the red flag will not fall". As the coach of the company's "Four Meetings", I can actively help other comrades to complete the training task and dare to put pressure on myself.
Disadvantages: the stability of professional skills needs to be further improved. When the professional skills are good, the mentality will be relaxed, the feeling will be relaxed, and the training enthusiasm will drop. If you are good at your major, you don't need to train paralyzed thoughts every day.
Fourth, abide by rules and discipline.
It is the first duty of soldiers to obey orders. In this respect, I always keep in the ideological defense line, strictly abide by the rules and regulations, be strict with myself, strengthen self-control, pay attention to style and daily cultivation, and strive to establish a good self-image. Give full play to the exemplary role of non-commissioned officers, resolutely safeguard the seriousness of military discipline, and develop a fine style of prohibition.

First, do a good job in the ideological work of the role transformation of recruits.

(1) We should strengthen our confidence in winning and pass the "adaptation barrier". Recruits have just entered the police camp from a more relaxed and free social environment, and often they can't adapt to the tense and formal life of the army physically and psychologically. While providing convenience for recruits in time, the new training team should take measures to enhance their pride in joining the army and strengthen their confidence in joining the army.
(2) We should create a good atmosphere of "keeping people in mind" and live a good "homesickness". Recruits suddenly leave their hometown relatives and live in a relatively unfamiliar environment, which will inevitably make them homesick. However, if you are too homesick, it will affect normal training and even produce thoughts and behaviors of fleeing from the army. Therefore, it is necessary to create a good environment and atmosphere to help recruits get rid of homesickness as soon as possible. On the one hand, we should correct our fundamental attitude towards new recruits.
We should put people who care for new recruits in the position of newly trained cadres and backbones, resolutely put an end to beating, scolding and corporal punishment of new recruits, draw a clear line between strict requirements and beating, scolding and corporal punishment, dare to grasp and control, be simple and rude, consciously follow the requirements of the "Eight Prohibitions", strictly regulate our words and deeds, improve the methods of leading troops, and be close to knowing soldiers, loving soldiers, being good at teaching soldiers, strictly training soldiers and attracting elite soldiers. On the other hand, we should do a good job in material and cultural life.
It is necessary to comprehensively adjust the food, arrange housing for recruits, let them have a good sleep, drink boiled water during training, take a hot bath after training, or have hot water to burn their feet; At the same time, actively carry out a variety of cultural and sports activities, entertain and educate, enrich the material and cultural life of recruits, and let recruits feel the warmth of the military family.
(3) Do a good job in psychological counseling and do a good job of "suffering". Many new recruits, especially urban soldiers, have just stepped into the gate of the camp, lacking hard life exercise. With the disappearance of the novelty of the army, the increasingly tense pace of life and the increasing intensity of training, recruits will feel too stressed physically and psychologically, and some will take time off to get sick, thus avoiding training. Therefore, we must strive to overcome the fear of difficulties and fatigue of recruits.
(4) Strengthen adult consciousness and do a good job of "self-reliance". The recruits are new here, strangers, and they have to take care of themselves. However, many recruits have never left their parents before joining the army, and they are at a loss when they arrive at the army.
Second, the ideological work of new training should be "accurate", "short" and "flexible"
(1) Take the initiative and find the right problem. During the training, the soldiers' ideological reaction is hidden to some extent, so it is necessary to grasp the initiative of the work and let the leading cadres enter the training ground to observe it carefully. Second, by mobilizing the backbone, even if you understand. Respond quickly when problems are found, take measures in time, and put forward propaganda and encouragement slogans, which really play a role in stabilizing emotions and boosting morale.
