2. Introduction of Shenyang Normal University Shenyang Normal University is affiliated to Liaoning Provincial People's Government. Founded in 195 1, formerly known as Northeast Institute of Education. 1953 was renamed shenyang normal college, which is one of the earliest two undergraduate normal colleges in northeast China. 1965 The school was renamed Liaoning No.1 Normal College, and 1978 restored the name of shenyang normal College. In 2002, the provincial government decided and approved by the Ministry of Education, shenyang normal College and Liaoning Education College merged to form Shenyang Normal University.
The school fully implements the party's educational principles and policies and always adheres to them. Since the beginning of the new century, the school has sized up the situation, updated its concepts and ideas, adhered to the combination of the law of higher education development and the law of market economy, and applied the principle of differential land rent to successfully build a new campus, which fundamentally solved the bottleneck of the school's development space and created the "Shen Shi model" of asset replacement in different places, which is well-known throughout the country.
