1, Hebei University
Heda, located in Baoding City, Hebei Province, is a key comprehensive university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Hebei Province, a first-class university supported by Hebei Province, and a pilot university of the Training and Research Center for Overseas Students of the Ministry of Education. It was selected into the national comprehensive strength improvement project of central and western universities, the basic capacity building project of central and western universities, and the education and training plan of outstanding engineers.
