Take the Nanxiang Express (take the expressway) at Ximenggu Station to Shantou, and tell the driver to get off at Garden Hotel (just don't take the station). After getting off the bus, walk along South Everest Road (ask for directions if you don't know) and you will see the hospital on the right (together with the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou).
