This is not the same thing. Jiangsu City Vocational College is just a place of Wuxi TV University. Both schools are ok. Only those who come out of the college entrance examination can go to junior college, that is, the TV University of City Vocational College is an adult undergraduate course, which is for adults who have already worked. Academician of Wuxi City Vocational College can transfer to undergraduate course. One I know was admitted to this school this year. Not so good. If you are sure, you can rely on Wuxi Business School and Wuxi Vocational College of Science and Technology to attend this school.
