University of Havana: (Spanish: UniversidaddeLaHabana, abbreviated as University of Havana, UH), referred to as Harbin University in Chinese, is located in Vidado District, Havana, Cuba, and was built on172 1 September 21day. It is the oldest and largest university in Cuba, one of the oldest institutions of higher learning in Latin America and one of the earliest universities in America. At present, Havana University has 15 departments and 14 research centers, covering many fields such as economy, natural science and humanities. There are about 25 majors in all.
