1, click the Civic Center. Click Citizen Center on Alipay homepage to open the Citizen Center interface.

2. Click Social Security. Click Social Security in the Civic Center to enter the social security interface.

3. Click on the residents' medical insurance to stop insurance. Click the stop of residents' medical insurance in the social security interface to enter the stop of residents' medical insurance interface.

4. Click Next, fill in the information in the interface of stopping residents' medical insurance, and then click Next.
