Undergraduate batch is earlier than specialist batch. The undergraduate course is about August 20th, and some colleges don't start until October/KLOC-0.

I suggest you go to the academic affairs office of your school to see if there are any school calendars or announcements.

If so, you can see when to sign up.

If not, the school has not informed.
