Whether an area is remote or not depends mainly on its transportation facilities, commercial facilities and the surrounding people flow. I will briefly analyze the regional position and development status of the university town from the following points.

1. Regional location: Chongqing University Town is the central area of a new city in western Chongqing, about 15 kilometers away from the city center, with a planned construction area of 33 square kilometers. Backed by the beautiful main peak of Jinyun Mountain, overlooking the beautiful scenery of Gele Mountain, with flat terrain, lush trees and convenient transportation.

2. Population inflow 15 colleges and universities, with a planned population of 500,000, teachers and students15-200,000, and a social population of 250,000, with a total investment of 30 billion.

3. Transportation: The University Town is currently open to traffic, and the University Town goes to Chaotianmen. In the future, it is planned to build Line 7 (completed in 2020) and Line 13 in 2025, and there will be three light rails in the future, which greatly increases convenience.
