The Art Exhibition for College Students is the highest specification, the largest scale and the most influential art event for college students in China. So far, the grand art exhibition has been successfully held for three times. The first session was hosted by Beijing, the second by Nanjing, Jiangsu, the third by Hangzhou, Zhejiang and the fourth by Tianjin.

The guiding ideology of the preparations for the grand art exhibition is to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee, take "My Chinese Dream" as the theme, vigorously carry forward the socialist core values, adhere to high standards, strive for a high level, plan scientifically and operate meticulously, so as to make it an art exhibition with high artistic level, profound cultural connotation, lasting influence, rich characteristics, innovation and frugality.

According to the needs of organizing the preparatory work, the organizing Committee of the big art exhibition will be established in time to be responsible for the organization and leadership of the big art exhibition. The organizing committee shall have a director, deputy directors, secretary-general, executive secretary-general, members and offices.
Establish an art exhibition preparation office, which is responsible for the daily organization and preparation of the art exhibition, including making plans, comprehensive coordination, organizing implementation, and supervising and inspecting the implementation of various organizational preparations.

1. Main contents of exhibition activities
Hold art performance programs (including vocal music, instrumental music, dance, drama) to perform on the spot; Hold exhibitions of university presidents' works of art and national exhibitions of calligraphy, painting and photography; Hold a report meeting on scientific research papers on art education in colleges and universities; Hold the opening and closing ceremonies of large-scale art exhibitions.
2. Place and organizer of the exhibition
(1) The live performance of the art performance is arranged in four universities: vocal performance is held in the concert hall of Nankai University and undertaken by Nankai University; An instrumental performance was held in the Concert Hall of Tianjin Normal University, which was undertaken by Tianjin Normal University. A dance performance was held in the theater of the Student Activity Center of Tianjin University of Technology, which was hosted by Tianjin University of Technology. Tianjin polytechnic university Yiyuan Auditorium held a drama performance, which was hosted by tianjin polytechnic university.
(2) The exhibition of works of art and the national exhibition of paintings and photographs by university presidents are arranged in Tianjin Art Museum, Tianjin Cultural Center, sponsored by Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts and co-organized by Tianjin Art Museum.
(3) The report meeting of scientific research papers on art education in colleges and universities will be arranged in Tianjin University and undertaken by Tianjin University.
(4) The opening ceremony of the grand art exhibition will be arranged in Tianjin Art Museum, Tianjin Cultural Center, and the closing ceremony will be arranged in Tianjin Auditorium Theater, which will be undertaken by relevant offices of the Organizing Committee.
