He presided over or participated in many vertical projects, such as key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, national postdoctoral fund projects, pre-research projects of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of the State, development planning projects of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Communications, demonstration projects of the National Development and Reform Commission, national 863 high-tech research and development plan, and basic research projects of the Ministry of Education. In 2007, he won the first prize of outstanding scientific and technological achievements in xidian university and the second prize of scientific and technological progress in Shaanxi universities in 2008.
