Being brave in self-revolution and strictly administering the party is the most distinctive character of our party. We must follow party constitution as the fundamental principle, put the party's political construction in the first place, make concerted efforts to manage the party ideologically and institutionally, promote all aspects of the party's construction as a whole, grasp the "key minority", adhere to "three strictness and three realities", adhere to democratic centralism, be serious about political life within the party, strictly observe party discipline, strengthen inner-party supervision, develop an active and healthy inner-party political culture, comprehensively purify the inner-party political ecology, and resolutely correct all kinds of irregularities.
