Zhejiang university city college, 1999, established in July, is a new type of ordinary undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province. It is jointly run by Zhejiang University and Hangzhou Municipal People's Government and co-founded by Zhejiang Post and Telecommunications Administration (now Zhejiang Telecom Industry Group).
