1, Peking University. Peking University History Department 1998 won the first batch of first-class doctoral degrees in China. At present, there are two first-class disciplines, China History and World History, and doctoral/master degree programs are set up to recruit undergraduates majoring in history and world history. There are first-class national key disciplines of history, including three second-class national key disciplines (ancient history of China, modern history of China and world history).
Fudan University. The history department of Fudan University is one of the oldest departments in Fudan University. The History Department of Fudan University, under the first-class discipline of history, has seven two disciplines, namely, historical theory and history, ancient history of China, modern history of China, world history, specialized history, historical philology and modern history of China, and all disciplines recruit master's and doctoral students.
3. China Renmin University. China Renmin University, a first-class discipline in history, 1978 awarded a master's degree. There are various disciplines of China history in the School of History. In addition to the study of Qing history, the research power of Qin, Han, Tang, Song and Republic of China history is also relatively strong.
4. Beijing Normal University. The School of History of Beijing Normal University has become an important base for history teaching and scientific research in China. It is one of the earliest institutions in China to set up a postdoctoral mobile station and obtain the right to confer a doctorate in history. Majors include ancient history of China, modern history of China, world history, historical philology, archaeology and museology.
Peking University History Department:
The College of History was founded in 1899 Shi Jing University Hall, which is the earliest national historical institution of higher learning in modern China. There are eight two disciplines in the department, including world history, ancient history of China, modern history of China, historical geography, special history, historical theory and history, historical philology and archaeology.
