Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, is a national "double-class" university jointly established by the Ministry of Education and Jiangsu Province, a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education, Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and state administration of traditional chinese medicine, a key university and a high-level university in Jiangsu Province, and a traditional medicine cooperation center of the World Health Organization (WHO).
The international acupuncture training center designated by the Ministry of Health, the first batch of authorized units for doctor's and master's degrees in China, the national key protection unit for ancient books, the national continuing education base for teachers of traditional Chinese medicine, the national high-level universities implementing postgraduate programs, and the national "key disciplines with characteristics" construction universities.
The first batch of reform pilot universities of the National "Excellent Doctor (Chinese Medicine) Education and Training Plan", the national-level talent training mode innovation experimental zone, and the China government scholarship receiving institution for international students in China are the founding members of the world-class Chinese medicine university construction alliance and the Yangtze River Delta medical education alliance.
By February 2023, there were/kloc-0 national "double first-class" construction disciplines, 3 national key disciplines, 2 national key (cultivation) disciplines, 4 dominant disciplines in Jiangsu universities, 8 key disciplines in the Tenth Five-Year Plan Province and 33 key disciplines of traditional Chinese medicine in state administration of traditional chinese medicine.
There are 4 first-level discipline doctoral degree authorization points, 1 doctoral degree authorization points, 12 first-level discipline master degree authorization points, 6 master degree authorization points and 3 post-doctoral research mobile stations; Pharmacotoxicology, clinical medicine, chemistry, biology and biochemistry, neuroscience and behaviorism rank in the top 65,438+0 ‰ of ESI global rankings, among which pharmacological toxicology ranks in the top 65,438+0 ‰.
By February 2023, the school has nearly 2,000 teaching and administrative staff, including master of traditional Chinese medicine, chief scientist of the "973" project, winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, member of the discipline evaluation team of the State Council, famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in China, and Huang Qi scholars of the "100 million" talent project of inheriting and innovating Chinese medicine.
A group of famous experts and scholars at home and abroad, such as the national 100 million engineering candidates, have built a first-class teaching team with development potential and innovation vitality, mainly young and middle-aged teachers.
