Lijiang Culture and Tourism College (formerly Yunnan University Tourism and Culture College) is located in Lijiang City, Yunnan Province, which enjoys three laurels of world cultural heritage, world natural heritage and world memory heritage.
The school was established in 2002 and began to recruit students. It is the first independent college with distinctive school-running characteristics confirmed by the Ministry of Education in 2004.
