Northeast Agricultural University (NEAU) is located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. It is a world-class discipline construction university. It is the first batch of key construction universities in the "2 1 1 project" jointly built by the people's government of Heilongjiang Province, the people of China and the Ministry of Agriculture.

As of March, 20021year, our school is one of the first universities in China with the right to award doctoral and master's degrees, including three national key disciplines (two disciplines), three national key disciplines (training), two key disciplines of the Ministry of Agriculture (two disciplines), two key disciplines of Heilongjiang Province (two disciplines) and 10 provincial key disciplines of Heilongjiang Province.

There are 10 first-class disciplines authorized by doctoral degree and 22 first-class disciplines authorized by master degree; 1 Doctoral degree authorization category, 13 Master degree authorization category; 10 Post-Doctoral Research Center and 2 postdoctoral research stations.
