Hongde College of Inner Mongolia Normal University is not a normal college. Normal colleges refer to institutions of higher learning that focus on normal education. Students have completed the credits and obtained the undergraduate diploma of Hongde College of Inner Mongolia Normal University, which is uniformly printed by the Ministry of Education and recognized by the state; Those who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degrees shall be awarded a degree certificate by the college.

Since its establishment, the College has always adhered to the guiding ideology of "focusing on development and connotation construction" and "running undergraduate courses according to the standards of undergraduate universities", and paid close attention to the basic construction and daily management of the College, and achieved rapid and good development in many tasks.
