The Department of China Ancient Literature, the full name of which is the Department of Chinese Ancient Literature History, includes ancient etiquette, ancient art, intangible cultural heritage, religious culture, metaphysics and ancient cultural transformation. Ancient literature is a relatively unpopular subject in universities, and it is generally studied by the Department of Archaeology of Peking University. Because the number of places is too precious, most universities don't offer this subject. Two or three colleges and universities are not considered.
