Candidates can fill in volunteer information online through the online registration module.
Applicants must also log on to the website of the admissions department to inquire about the admission notice of students who are exempt from the exam in that year, and complete all application matters such as registration before the prescribed deadline.

Application material
(1) In 2023, Peking University received1application forms for recommending graduate students without taking the test;
(2) Personal statement of Peking University's exemption admission in 2023 1 recommendation for postgraduate study;
(3) In 2023, Peking University received two letters of recommendation from experts who recommended studying for graduate students without taking the test, that is, two experts with the title of associate professor (inclusive) or above or equivalent professional and technical titles were required to sign and recommend respectively, and the letters of recommendation should be sealed and signed at the sealed seam;

Registration of exemption service system of Ministry of Education
Ministry of Education's "National Information Disclosure and Management Service System for Exempted Postgraduates" (hereinafter referred to as "Exempted Service System", website: /tm) is a unified information filing platform and online admission system.
Applicants must obtain the qualification of recommended schools (subject to the list of recommended students reported by the recommended schools to the Ministry of Education for the record); Applicants must log in to the exemption service system according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education and the admissions department, register in the system and fill in the basic information, and complete online registration, electronic photo uploading, online payment, voluntary reporting, re-examination confirmation, admission confirmation and other work.
Third, the first and second examination
1. After receiving the application materials, our department will organize an expert group to conduct a preliminary review of the materials and determine the list of re-examination qualifications. Candidates who pass the re-examination must participate in the re-examination according to the time and method notified by the Ministry.
2. According to the discipline characteristics and professional requirements, the admissions department independently determines the re-examination method according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control under the premise of ensuring fairness and operability.
3. The second interview should be conducted on the basis of differences and advantages. The re-examination forms include comprehensive interview, comprehensive written test and comprehensive practice. The specific proportion of the difference, the re-examination form and the re-examination selection method shall be determined by each department according to its own discipline characteristics and student source status and then announced.
4. The re-examination results are calculated according to the percentage system, and 60 points are passed. Those who fail in any re-examination form will not be admitted.
5. The whole interview process was recorded and videotaped. In principle, the comprehensive interview time for each candidate participating in the second interview shall not be less than 20 minutes.
6. The department will follow the principle of seeking truth from facts, and assess the candidates' ideological and political quality and moral character in the process of re-examination and admission. The main assessment contents include the candidate's political attitude, ideological performance, moral quality, law-abiding, honesty and trustworthiness. Those who fail the ideological and moral assessment will not be admitted.
Fourth, being admitted and publicized.
1. The department will select the best candidates according to the second interview. Applicants who have obtained the admission qualification of our school through the re-examination organized by the department, but failed to obtain the exemption qualification of the recommended school, their admission qualification is invalid.
2. Our department sends a waiting notice to prospective applicants through the exemption service system of the Ministry of Education, and the applicants confirm whether to accept online waiting for admission within the time specified by our department. If the applicant does not accept or fails to confirm within the specified time, his admission qualification will be cancelled.
3. Before 20221October 20 10, the department completed the online publicity of the proposed admission list. Applicants can log on to our official website or Peking University Graduate Admissions Network to inquire about the publicity list to be admitted. If in doubt, it can be put forward to the department during the publicity period.
4. Students who have been admitted to our school are not allowed to take the postgraduate examination of that year, otherwise their admission qualification will be cancelled.

Before sending out the admission notice, our school will examine the qualifications of the students to be admitted according to the following requirements. If the examination fails, the proposed admission qualification will be cancelled.
1. Complete the credit requirements of all courses and practical links (including graduation thesis or internship) specified in the undergraduate training plan;
2. Graduation thesis or graduation design should be "good" or above 80 points;
3. After obtaining the exemption qualification, the undergraduate compulsory course shall not fail;

Students who have been admitted to the school should provide the original ID card and academic degree certificate to the admissions department for verification on the day of enrollment registration. If they fail to obtain bachelor's degree and undergraduate diploma before enrollment, the school will cancel their enrollment qualification.
