Literature club is an organization that every student yearns for, and I am no exception. I used to avoid this point because of timidity, but my teacher gave me confidence and my classmates gave me encouragement. Today, I finally have a chance to prove my ability. I believe that I, a young eagle, must have a blue sky of my own, and I believe I can create a charming style in the student union.
If I run for president, I must first devote myself to further improving my quality. For myself, first of all, I want to improve my work enthusiasm so that I can always face all kinds of work with a positive attitude. Secondly, we should improve our sense of responsibility and do every job well. For example, some cadres of our literary society take part in composition competitions almost every day, which makes me very moved. I admire their strong sense of responsibility, so I will try to do it.
In addition, we should further improve the handling of the contradiction between study and work, and strive to make work and study correct.
If I am elected as the current president, I will hold a meeting of all the cadres of the Literature Society to sum up the valuable experience left by the last student union, carry forward its fine traditions, and at the same time find out my own shortcomings and try to correct them. For example, with the help of school leaders, I will try my best to improve the quality of this year's members, strengthen their understanding of the literary society organization, and have more heart-to-heart talks with them when I have time to exchange ideas and unite all members.
If I become the current president, I will follow the principle of "applying for school and applying for students" with all members from beginning to end. During my term of office, under limited conditions, we will strengthen some necessary management systems, hold more discussions and dialogues with teachers and students, set up suggestion boxes, listen to their opinions extensively, and send out the cry of youth with the students in their prime. We will try our best to make freshmen leaders and students of the school.
