There are two ways for EMS to query emails. One is to know the waybill number, and the other is to query related logistics directly through the mobile phone number.

Query the mobile phone number of logistics:

The first step: WeChat pays attention to China Post Express Logistics;

Step 2: Click the service selection I want to query on the official account interface of WeChat;

Step 3: Click the query email;

Step 4: After entering the interface, click the mobile phone number to inquire (if there is no mobile phone number bound, bind the mobile phone number first according to the steps).

If EMS has logistics, the information filled in is bound to the mobile phone number, and the logistics waybill number can be found.

Directly query logistics by waybill number:

Step 3: Click on the email to inquire;

Step 4: Enter the logistics number and click Query.
