2. When students drop out of school or leave school after graduation, they should return their student ID cards, which will be cancelled by the school as a souvenir. Students leave school with diplomas. In case of loss or deliberate failure to pay, appropriate fines shall be imposed as appropriate.

3. The contents of each column of the student ID card shall not be altered without authorization. If the contents of each column need to be changed after examination and approval, I should submit it to the Student Affairs Office with a written application and the supporting materials of relevant units and departments.

4. The student ID card is for personal use only and cannot be lent to others. The issuance of student ID cards and school badges for freshmen begins two weeks after enrollment.

5. Inadvertently damaging the student ID card and school badge, the existing person submits a written application for reissue, receives the Application Form for Reissuing the Student ID card from the college, and truthfully fills it out. After the counselor (class teacher) signs the opinion, the college office seals it and carries the damaged original to the student office for handling.
