Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Association shall abide by the relevant laws of the state and the rules and regulations of the school, and abide by the articles of association of the student association management committee of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.

Chapter II Members

Article 2 The Association recruits members for all students of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.

Article 3 Members shall enjoy the following rights:

1, has the right to participate in the activities and meetings of this association, and participation in activities has priority;

2. Have the right to vote, be elected and vote;

3, put forward difficulties and problems, please help and solve the correct association;

4. Have the right to suggest, criticize and supervise the work of the Association;

Article 4 Members shall perform the following obligations:

Chapter III Organization

Article 5 The Association consists of seven departments: Planning Department, International Liaison Department, Information Department, Office, Propaganda Department, Practice Department and Global Finance and Investment Department. Under the leadership of the president, vice president and assistant to the president, these seven departments implement institutionalized and standardized management of their members.

Article 6 This Association adheres to the principle of democratic centralism. In organizing activities, members are subordinate to the organization, the minority is subordinate to the majority, and subordinates are subordinate to superiors. All members have a clear division of labor, unity and mutual assistance, and efficient operation.

Article 7 The president, vice-president, assistant to the president, ministers and officers of this Association shall pass the examination of relevant regulations and be promoted on the basis of merit. The minister is responsible for his subordinates, the president is responsible for the association, and the vice president and assistant to the president assist the president in various tasks.

Article 8 In order to promote the work, the Association employs a number of teachers as consultants.

Article 9 The main responsibilities of all departments of this Association are:

External relations department: responsible for seeking strategic partners, raising sponsorship fees, communicating with schools and colleges, striving for stronger support and creating a harmonious atmosphere.

Planning department: responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of activities to ensure the smooth completion of various activities.

Office: responsible for the financial revenue and expenditure management of the association and the filling of financial statements; Responsible for the management of archives; Responsible for recording the meetings and activities of the association; Formulate and revise the Financial Management System of Foreign Trade Association of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics (Draft) and submit it to the General Assembly for voting.

Propaganda department: responsible for the propaganda of the purpose and activities of the association, and actively put forward feasible publicity channels; Design leaflets and posters for the event to create a good external image.

Information department: responsible for the specific affairs involving information in the association, collecting materials, communicating with enterprises, and cooperating with the external liaison department to do outreach work; Establish a perfect performance evaluation system, and carry out quantitative assessment on the members of the association. Practice department: implement the extracurricular practice activities of the members of the association, organize students to participate in extracurricular activities, and ensure the smooth progress of practical activities. Global New Air Financial Investment Department: Implement the talent training plan of the Association, be responsible for cultivating the financial investment awareness of the members within the Association, comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of the members, and make the financial investment concept deeply rooted in the hearts of the people through lectures, reports, simulation competitions and other forms.

Article 10 Organizational discipline of internal members:

1. Don't be late or absent without reason when attending relevant meetings and activities. If you have something important, you must ask for leave from the meeting organizer in advance;

This task must be completed within the specified time. If it can't be completed, it must report to the superior in time and take the most effective method to complete the task;

3. The internal member organizations are elected once a year, which is decided by the general meeting of members;

4. The Association holds a general meeting of all members once a month to learn the latest spiritual instructions of the Youth League Committee and the Social Management Committee, summarize the development of the Association, and put forward the strategic objectives for the next stage. Senior cadres of the Association hold a regular meeting every two weeks to exchange work and deploy work tasks, and each meeting must be recorded; Hold an internal meeting of each department every two weeks to convey the spirit of the association in time and implement the resolutions of the association.

5. Those who fail to finish their work seriously or are incompetent and still fail to make corrections after criticism and education may be dismissed by the president and internal member organizations. Those who work hard and make special contributions to the association can be promoted by the president and internal member organizations.

Article 11 General Elections and Elections

A general meeting is held every year to hold a general election. In accordance with the principle of "fairness, justice and openness", we will promote democratic centralism and select outstanding members with both ability and political integrity as cadres at all levels.

Before the general election, the association will provide professional training for outstanding members recommended by various departments and strictly control them. Only members who pass the exam are eligible to be elected.

Article 12 Personnel training

1. The Association will hold various lectures with successful people, experts and scholars from time to time, aiming at enriching members' after-school life, broadening their horizons and improving their comprehensive quality.

2. The Association will seek strategic partners, build a broad practice platform with well-known enterprises in society, enhance the social practice ability of its members, and combine theory with practice perfectly.

3. The Association holds a series of targeted trainings such as high-level training courses, ministerial training courses and excellent member training courses from time to time to improve the management level and comprehensive skills of members.

Chapter IV Funds

Thirteenth sources of funds of the Association:

2. Funding from relevant departments on campus or sponsorship from relevant companies and enterprises off campus.

Article 14 Fund management:

1. The office is responsible for the financial management of the Association according to the relevant documents of the Youth League Committee and the Social Management Committee.

2. After each activity, the office should report the financial revenue and expenditure to the President, and file it after publication;

3. The Association will give appropriate subsidies to the expenses incurred during the fundraising period of the International Liaison Department.

All the funds of the Association can only be used for office and daily affairs, and must be approved by the President first. All expenses are reimbursed by invoices or receipts.
