Architecture involves three parts: basic courses, specialized basic courses and specialized courses:

Basic courses: similar to other majors, such as college English, physical education, ideological and political and legal cultivation, the difference is that mathematics is an advanced mathematics (liberal arts) in universities.

Basic professional courses: [Freshman] Architectural Design Foundation (1 year * * * 16 credits), Architectural Drawing and Expression (4 credits), Architectural Art (2 years 16 credits) and so on.

After my sophomore year, I entered the learning stage of specialized courses.

Specialized courses: architectural design (the main course of the whole school. Sophomore 2- 4), architectural design principles (freshman), architectural physics (sophomore), architectural acousto-optic heat, architectural mechanics (sophomore), building materials (sophomore), architectural structure (compulsory for sophomores and later elective courses), architectural history (sophomore) and urban planning principles (sophomore).

Different institutions are slightly different, but the overall situation is the same.

Of course, the most important thing in architecture is architectural design, which is the center of all courses. Because architecture itself is a combination of engineering and art, it requires a lot of computer software (no one in our department has a computer configuration of less than 5000 pieces), so the course car is almost twice that of other majors. However, the prospect of architecture after graduation is very good, and the working environment can be said to be better in all engineering majors, making the most money. This is also the reason why the admission scores of architecture in various universities are the highest. Moreover, architecture is a boring learning mode, which can completely separate you from high school, so learning is very happy, and it is a pleasure to make your imaginary architecture come true and stand in front of you.

Although the building is very busy, I often draw, design and draw all night. But the school will organize some internships that are envied by all majors. For example, after sophomore year and before junior year, the school will organize architecture students to have an internship to visit the real scene of the building (to put it bluntly, it is a visit, 10 days, and each session will go to a different place. All schools offering architecture have such internships. This year, our school led everyone to the Shanghai World Expo, Anhui and Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Give each person a subsidy of 3000 yuan, including round-trip fare, accommodation and meals. Not good? There are also art sketches, and I will go to some tourist attractions to practice sketching.

The fifth year is the annual "internship". Actually, it's just looking for a job. The salary will be 1500-3000 yuan per month, and dividends will be paid once every six months or once a year, which is tens of thousands. Attention, it's the internship stage ~

I came back the following spring to do graduation project, academic defense, thesis, degree certificate and so on.
